All orders are acknowledged within 24 hours of order receipt. If you have not received an acknowledgement, we have not received your order. All sample requests must include a shipper account number. All samples are memo billed. If you return the item within 30 days or place an order for the item within 30 days, there is no charge. Otherwise, you will be billed at end quantity pricing plus shipping. |

Unless shipping method is specified, we reserve the right to ship by the most economical means. All prices are
FOB Trappe, PA USA. Items will ship by the next business day for in stock random samples and for in stock
orders without imprints. |

| Drop Ships/Fulfillment: |
Available on all items. $7.00 (G) charge per destination plus shipping charges. This is also the price (less shipping charge) for individual mailers for the products. All addresses must be sent in an Excel file either on CD or via email and must meet UPS or FedEx requirements. |
| Claims: |
All claims concerning lost, delayed, or damaged merchandise must be made directly to the freight carrier. |
| Cancellations: |
No order can be cancelled once the paper proof has been approved. You will be billed for all work performed
up to the point of cancellation. |
| Returns: |
Samples may be returned within 30 days with Return Authorization number. Imprinted items may not be
returned without prior approval and must be returned within 30 days of shipping. Contact customer service
for an RA number. |
| Payment Terms: |
Net 30 for customers with established credit. For new customers with credit approval a 50% deposit is due
with order, 25% due 15 days prior to shipping and remainder due Net 30. Otherwise 100% CIA. |
| Trademarks: |
Proper trademark authorization is assumed by factory that any artwork submitted for printing is being used
in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding its usage. We assume no liability for incorrect or
unauthorized use of trademarks and logos. Customer agrees to assume any liability resulting from claims
against us for service marks, infringements or trademarks, copyrights, patents, and personal rights. |
| Promotion Samples: |
Unless specified in writing at time of order placement, we reserve the right, without liability to ourselves, to
photograph, exhibit, promote and use as samples any of the products we have produced for a customer.
This does not reflect or imply any endorsement of the products by the companies represented by the imprints. |
